Fairview Custom Builders was founded in 2019 by Nevin Miller of Winesburg, Ohio but the foundation of this company was built long before that. After decades of leading skilled crews across thousands of successful projects, Nevin established Fairview Custom Builders with one mission: deliver exceptional quality with integrity, precision, and pride.

Born and raised in Dundee, Ohio as part of the Amish community, Nevin learned early on that hard work isn’t optional it’s a way of life. Attention to detail, honesty in business, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time are not marketing phrases here they’re core values.

Today, Nevin continues to live and work in the heart of Amish Country in Winesburg, Ohio, where quality workmanship is more than a standard it’s an expectation.
